Nolan is phenomenal. Can’t recommend him enough. He has a gift for calming people during a crisis! We benefitted from his help with water restoration and repair services after our tenants accidentally struck a water pipe with a nail while hanging pictures in the downstairs bathroom of our rental home (and subsequently couldn’t find the master water shutoff valve outside for nearly an hour). Despite initially reaching out to him late at night, he called me back within just a few moments. During the entire ordeal (which ultimately took several months thanks to insurance), he walked me through everything — giving me tips for immediate mitigation, dealing with insurance, and selecting colors and flooring samples for repairs. Ultimately, his crews mitigated damage and subsequently installed new engineered hardwoods, replaced drywall, baseboards, and painted a fresh coat of paint throughout the first floor. He has an honest team and they do things right the first time. For example, the flooring we initially ordered arrived with a manufacturer’s defect. Instead of being sloppy and pushing forward with the job, his flooring team paused the project. Nolan then bent over backwards to find another sample to our liking because of product shortages. We are grateful for his attention to detail! Our tenants are happy, and we are super happy!

Absolutely can’t recommend this company enough! So glad I stumbled on this at 4 o clock in the morning when my house flooded. They were there by 5. Took care of water removal and removal of damages. Also work with replacement. Love, love, love the ease of communication and the speed of this company!

Nolan came and got the mitigation going quickly, followed up with detail estimate for the insurance claim. Once the repairs started, they had all contractors and materials scheduled quite efficiently, and the final product was near perfection! Highly recommend!

To say that Nolan put me at ease, when he arrived at my home to assess the water damage due to a broken water heater, is an understatement. Nolan assured me that he would take care of everything. He took all the worry & uncertainty out of what was to me a huge, frustrating, & upsetting event.
